CARE
Because feeling well is
more than being in range.
A more complete
picture of you.
A thoughtful approach to understanding your health, beyond isolated numbers.
Beyond the Reference Range
Laboratory results are one part of the story. Symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and individual risk factors provide essential context. A result within the reference range does not always tell us everything about how you feel.
Connecting the Dots
Rather than viewing each laboratory marker in isolation, we examine relevant findings together. This can help identify patterns, clarify potential risk factors, and determine where further evaluation or intervention may be appropriate.
Personalized, Not Prescriptive
There is no universal blueprint for optimal health. Your recommendations are informed by your medical history, symptoms, laboratory findings, lifestyle, and individual goals, with an emphasis on evidence-based, sustainable care.
A closer look at what matters.
A comprehensive assessment of key health markers, interpreted alongside your medical history, symptoms, and personal goals to provide a more complete understanding of your health.
Metabolic Health
Understanding how your body regulates blood sugar, insulin, and energy can help identify metabolic patterns and potential risk factors.
Hormone & Thyroid Health
Hormones influence metabolism, reproductive health, and many other physiological processes. A broader assessment helps investigate symptoms and evaluate thyroid and hormonal function.
Cardiovascular Health
Looking beyond a standard cholesterol panel can provide additional information about cardiovascular risk and support informed preventive care.
Nutrient Status
Evaluating important vitamins, minerals, and iron markers can help identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances that may affect overall health.
Inflammation & Recovery
Selected inflammatory and growth-related markers can provide additional clinical context when considered alongside your symptoms, medical history, and other laboratory findings.
Organ Function
A detailed look at liver, kidney, pancreatic, and general blood markers helps establish a baseline and identify findings that may require further evaluation.

Some answers require
a closer look.
For some patients, additional testing may offer another perspective. These optional assessments are considered based on your health history, symptoms, and clinical needs.
GI-MAP
A stool-based assessment that examines selected gastrointestinal microorganisms and digestive health markers.
EXPLORE THIS TEST
What It Evaluates
Selected bacterial, viral, parasitic, and other microbial targets, alongside certain markers related to digestive function and intestinal health.
When It May Be Considered
In selected patients with ongoing gastrointestinal concerns when additional assessment may help inform clinical decision-making.
Understanding the Results
Results are interpreted alongside symptoms, medical history, and other appropriate testing. Detection of an organism does not necessarily indicate active disease or a need for treatment.
DUTCH Complete
A dried-urine assessment that examines selected sex hormones, hormone metabolites, and cortisol-related markers.
EXPLORE THIS TEST
What It Evaluates
Selected estrogen, progesterone, and androgen metabolites, as well as cortisol and cortisone patterns across the collection period.
When It May Be Considered
In selected patients when a more detailed view of hormone metabolism may provide supplementary information beyond conventional laboratory testing.
Understanding the Results
Findings require clinical interpretation. Dried-urine hormone testing has limitations and does not replace standard diagnostic testing or established endocrine evaluations.
Specialty testing is optional and subject to clinical appropriateness. Neither assessment is required for every patient or intended to serve as a standalone diagnosis.

They can also be added when enrolling in Optimization Continuation if you've already completed your CLE. Testing is selected based on your individual clinical needs and may not be appropriate for everyone.
What happens after I purchase my evaluation?

Your program includes scheduled follow-up visits at four weeks, three months, and six months; one additional flexible telehealth visit if needed; ongoing messaging support; medication management when appropriate; and one repeat laboratory panel at three or six months. You'll also have access to discounted specialty testing when appropriate.
Are medications and supplements included in the price?
No. Your evaluation or Optimization Program covers the clinical services and testing specified in your selected package. Prescription medications, supplements, and additional testing or services may involve separate costs. Any recommendations are individualized and discussed with you before proceeding.
